For the love of Dahlias - Midland Dahlia Society Show 24th August 2013

A short film showing many of the different varieties of Dahlias exhibited at the MDS show held at Kenilworth (Warwickshire, England) on 24th & 25th August 2013. Exhibitors travelled from all over the UK to take part in this event, bringing with them the very best of the Dahlia varieties grown in Britain today. Ever thought of growing Dahlias? My two problems with dahlias are that they are in bloom, and at their best, when the year starts to turn; and when they have been lifted the garden is bare! Other than that, I am looking forward to starting my collection! Thanks for showing these gorgeous blooms.

Hello Char, Have had a good look through the SDC website and spent quite a while reading through all the useful stuff on there.... Thanks for adding the link to my film. The camera I use is a Panasonic HDC-HS900 - quite expensive but good and easy to use. Despite being only a couple of years old, that model is no longer available - the HC-X920 seems to be its replacement. Kind regards, Barry
