The toddler phase is really hard! But when your kid gets older like 5/6/7 year old, it gets so much easier. And you can proudly look back at all the hard work you did during the toddler phase turning into this new, bigger, older, well-balanced happy kid.

Mom to a 4 year old and feeling more overwhelmed than ever before. He’s way more vocal and opinionated which is great but makes going through day to day life so much harder. He’s got more energy than me and I feel exhausted by lunchtime with no end in sight! This video was really nice to kind of check in with myself and be real about my daily expectations. Life looks different than it did a couple of years ago and it’s hard to let that go and be present sometimes. His imagination has really grown this year so I want to cater to that by keeping the toys minimal and being more engaged and present with him. Thanks for the reminder ❤

Yayyy love your channel! Just found you & you brought me to such a peaceful space. I’m currently about half a year into my minimalist journey… and it feels amazing. So much more to go. But love your channel! Can’t wait to slowly & intentionally go through your vids 🧡

That decluttering video from Paper Town Home has changed my life (already!) haha. Half of my son’s toys have gone and he’s started playing SO much better! And it’s so much easier to clean up at the end of the day 🥲❤️ great video recommendation.

Isn't it?! I thought I had we had a small toy collection, but after watching her video, my perspective shifted and I realized it could be pared down even further. Sending you love!

I did a huge toy declutter after seeing that video, too!

@EmilyElizabethMay I loved that video too. I'm already pretty minimalist (duh, name) but even so it still encouraged me to declutter!

Love this so much. First time mommy of 15 month old and no one is really honest like this with motherhood emotions and love. Adore you.

Thank you Haley! I am a mom to an almost 2 year old (22 months) and I really needed this. Your channel inspires me so much! I quit social media 1 month a go btw, like you did. It is so freeing! Keep up the good work. From the Netherlands.

I would love to see a video on how you prioritize yourself as a wife and mother. Time is not the same in this season, so what do you do to feel great and beautiful?

The meal part is so true for me- I am a working mother and I just eat easy quick unhealthy food just to kill my hunger but I cook elaborate nutritious meals for my husband and my toddler

I was always the person in the past to do everything and exhaust myself. From not sleeping and just being on the go lead me to develop terrible anxiety. I find asking for help was the hardest thing during the first year of motherhood because I thought I could do it myself 😅

Hi Christine - I so relate on the difficulty with asking for help! I hope this comes easier to you now 🥰

My son literally spends 5-6 hours per day playing with his hot wheels. He rarely even touches his other toys and he doesn't have that many other toys 😂
