The effects are: 1) they can arrest without warrants; 2) they can search the houses without the presence of the ward administrative officer; 3) they can track people down; 4) they can seek for information from the operators; 5) they can detain people for more than 24 hours. According to those, they can go in and out every house without any permission or warrent, and they can search everywhere and can arrest everyone. 🔴2🔴🔥🔥🔥🚒🚒🚒 The military released the prisoners yesterday. The released prisoners tried to poison the apartment water tanks in several townships during night time. Yesterday Night Released prisoners throw "Fire Rings" and burning in most streets of Tharkayta, Yangon around 8:30PM. 🔴3🔴☠️☠️☠️☠️🤢🤢🤢 Tonight the prisoners were putting poison in the drinking water pipes of apartments in NgaMoeYeik Township. Myanmar people have to build barriers around the streets or wards to protect themselves from the criminals released from prisons by the military. This is sad and my heart goes out to the families. I don’t understand why a state of emergency isn’t declared in Texas during these freezes since they are not equipped to sand/salt the roads. They need to just shut it down and keep everyone safe. In Boston they do that when it gets super bad so that the streets are empty and the plows can really go to work without dealing with vehicles on the road. How many accidents need to happen before Texas declares a state of emergency to save lives?? Sooo sad.
@newnana90703 жыл бұрын
Maybe the bridges on the freeways need to be closed. Texas doesn’t get extremely cold freezing icy weather. That is another factor. Not knowing how to drive on ice and snow is the reason this happens ( speeding for not real good reason).
@kasun17523 жыл бұрын
I agree I am from Connecticut and we do the same...many people say Texas is not used this weather ... well that is a bigger reason for closing the roads and highways because people not only not know how to treat the road ( which as you know something that don’t even prevent icy roads ) but drivers don’t know how to drive on this weather. It is sad but hopefully new laws are created to avoid this.

Why are semi-trucks even allowed in express lanes?
@Futemire3 жыл бұрын
The way it is setup here is that thru traffic can pay to use the express lane. It's usually a good thing for big trucks to use this lane so that they don't run the risk of not being able to slow down in time for merging traffic. However, this section of road is managed by a private company and not TX DOT; it is under investigation but multiple sources have said the road appeared untreated. I'll also note, don't confuse the express lanes with HOV lanes, we have those as well but that's not what these lanes were.

@gabrielapop93523 жыл бұрын
To stop a truck trailer with a heavy load behind you is almost impossible. So the weight behind him pushed them even further up unable to stop on icy road. This is not a car. Even if you don't have much speed takes extra extended time to be able to fully stop in a normal condition.

My prayers to all those and their families involved in this unfortunate accident. And to all those criticizing the drivers most likely have never driven on ice. The roads were obviously in good conditions until that section and once the first few vehicles realize and slowed came to a stop ALL the vehicles behind them were attempting to do the same hence the scenic we saw. Bottom line in low temps with precipitation the roads should have been salted or this section with the bridges closed and traffic rerouted. There is no control/stopping on ice, you lose control and hitting the brakes makes control even worse, as this patch of ice was unexpected (30 year’s driving in snow & ice and if I didn’t know to expect icy roads the result would be the same)
@salvatronprime98823 жыл бұрын
Dallas gets ice once or twice per year... it is literally impossible that these people have never driven on ice before.
@HistoryRepeats1013 жыл бұрын
@ Salvatron- I didn’t say that those involved in the accident hadn’t driven on ice before, I said the ones making negative comments most likely hadn’t. And there is a difference in leaving your driveway and heading out on an ice covered road and obeying the speed limit of 70mph and SUDDENLY encountering ice. Once you hit that patch there is no stopping only spin-outs and these people were most likely praying at the first realization. Truckers are trained to handle icy roads - in this case “There was no stopping” which is what the first vehicles did and the pileup ensued. I honestly think that you and I wouldn’t have feared any better. Cut them some slack, say a prayer for all and ask - Why weren’t the road crews out checking and salting. Is so empowering being an armchair driver. It could have been you or me.I was on that road a week ago. Blessings
