I agree there is risk mitigation to put in place and intelligent design to PEDs that is just simply lacking. Education game must be stepped up to a higher standard. Some of the top “guru” ped protocols I see are the most irrational nonsense stuck together. A lot “works” but let’s have some actual thought to usage.
@johnjewett79702 жыл бұрын
@Surb Singh You don’t enforce it. But you educate on it and make awareness about it. Enforcing isn’t going to work here but changing beliefs is what needs to happen. How do we do that? Through display of rationale logic and proof it works. Numerous coaches are using the approach I am speaking on and the proof is there. I compete at the Olympia and transparent as can be about what I do. This is how change starts.

Fouad: You're correct in acknowledging there are different types of depression, both chemical and situational. Training is a great outlet on many levels but I might caution the viewers that only dealing with struggles through training is a bandaid approach. What I mean by that is that training is a great distraction but doesn't deal with the core problem. This is where working with a mental health professional can help. Also, I really like your suggestion on streamlining shows. Nick: You and Fouad crack me up with the ads in the beginning. And you're also correct in saying bullies have often been or are being bullied in their home environment. This applies to both kids and adults. And on a separate side note, it's Jessica Rabbit. ;-) Paul: I caught myself the other day asking someone about the weather where they live and thought to myself, I just pulled a Paul. :-) Thanks for being on the show and for your continued good nature. Another entertaining episode thanks guys.👌

I saw Seth’s video and it is very hard to drum up and argument in regards to what he is saying. I think he’s right. With that said, if the judges keep rewarding the mass monsters, that’s the look the athletes will keep working towards.
@jsedge24732 жыл бұрын
What are the judges supposed to do? EVERYONE in open is an unhealthy mass monster. You suggestion would be like the judges picking a mens physique guy to win open. The truth is bodybuilding is already passed a point that it can turn back. The drugs to get bigger than ever are here, the techniques/knowledge is here, the expectations are here, social media is here. You can't roll the clock back 50 years to where everyone was on a bro split and only had dbol and test. I think at this point it's more likely that in the next few decades we see guys get EVEN BIGGER than the other way around as drugs and training become even more dialed in/advanced. Maybe the judges can move towards aesthetics and conditioning more, and maybe guys would get a little less heavy albeit they would inevitably still be monsters. But at the same time maybe then you'd just have guys crushing more diuretics and cutting drugs. No matter what bodybuilding will be extreme and unhealthy as long as it exists. I don't think there's any way around it.

@@jsedge2473 i don't agree. You went completeeeeetly the other side. Open bb should be like a little thicker classic physique if they want health. But then people pay to see mass monsters so it won't happen. That's why fuckin physique guys are getting bigger and bigger each week
@mateogamez322 жыл бұрын
So you’re assuming only the open bodybuilders are unhealthy💀 every division in competitive bodybuilding is unhealthy. Bodybuilding is not a healthy sport once you start taking that road of using drugs like Seth said” you’re playing with fire” even the average gym bro at your local gym that’s blasting gear just to look good in the daily basis. Even people like that will get hurt, steroids don’t care who are you. It’s a personal decision, it’s their life and they decide what to do with it.

I think Seth hit it on the head 100% and as a fan of Nick nobody every wants to see anything bad happen ya know. But he's right, this sport is all or not if you want to win. As far as calorie free foods, Nick is right with the Mac'n'Cheese, but it's gotta be shells and cheese made with gouda cheese, tossed in the oven and topped with fresh graded parmesan Italian seasoned bread crumbs. For good measure, you can line the bottom of the baking pan with boneless skinless chicken breast and cook it all together. Give it a whirl Fouad!

The thing with bodybuilding is a lot of people cannot relate to people getting super ripped and posing in pants. In the UK strong man is quite popular and screened on mainstream TV a good few times a year. Guys like Eddie Hall and the Stoltman brothers are household names. I can't speak for the USA but I bet more people knew who Brian Shaw is compared to Phil Heath. Now as we know these boys hit the sauce on a big scale, OK they don't do the exotic stuff, but geared up nonetheless. It's just the general public can relate to someone lifting a pair of fridges rather than doing a front double biceps
