when i calibrate it the stick on the right wont work correctly the i make it to go to the left it doesnt work (it doesnt show any signal) but if left it shows a signal, if i make it go up and down it becomes the right and left in the game, PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPP

No , the firmware used support only Arduino UNO board.

When I run the batch file, I get this error: Could not find AtJniIsp.dll But this file is already in C:\Program Files (x86)\Atmel\Flip 3.4.7\bin . How do I fix this error?

Check if you have PPM output on the receiver? I don't think CT6B supports PPM mode.

while running turn into joystick, it shows "operating port failed" a firmware was not found. rest all is pass

i found the problem , i was powering the receiver with arduino , the current wasnt sufficient from my laptop, so i powered the receiver externally and now its working fine . thanks for the content, god bless you

You cannot do this because, Ch340 doesn't have option for enabling DFU mode( direct firmware upgrade)
