Admire the fuck outta this, my girl broke up with me and I could hardly sleep. The first day after the break up I woke up after a nightmare about her at exactly 7 AM and headed straight to the gym and trained til 10 AM. Next day I repeated and repeated and repeated. The gym is the only consistent thing in my life and the breakup just added fuel to my fire.
