Fred Durst is very underrated and doesn't get the credit for how good is and also has an amazing voice

for those of u who dont know, that song was only played at that, because the slot was for destinys child, and they refused to fly cause of the sept 11 attacks, so these 3 guys put this together before the show and thats how it happened, and considdering, i think they done a pretty good job!

it was the best MTV Music Awards that i remember. it was perfect! next years after that all was boring. then you've experienced many surprises on a high level of artisanship. when i'm remembering this specific gig, i want to come back to those times. Fred - you know!

It's usually the fucking metal elitist who are haters. I like how they think their opinion is high & mighty considering that 60% of those kind have never ever played a guitar in front of thousands of fans. They would probably never make it big as a band or sell millions of records even if they miraculously were given 2 lifetimes.

@RockBlitz08 I'm glad you like many different styles of music-Maybe you really do understand why Jimmy would play for Fred & why Fred would ask Jimmy to do so? Fred for one was singing ThankYou for his fans and at the same time acknowledging Zeppelin & Page. It's also mutual music thing between musicians! I don't "like" it all either but some people deserve a break and not to get bashed for something so kind as what Fred did. Have a good one & take care. "V"
