The 5 Best Muffin Top Melter Exercises circuit will get rid of those love handles once and for all. One minute each of 5 intense oblique exercises with just 10 seconds rest between them will make that fat flee for cover. And if that pesky muffin top hasn't had enough just press rewind and hit it again! Team this workout with one of my other 5 Best Exercises circuits for a full body challenge.

I Love to share them with my friends and family and followers. Do you offer any more CHAIR WORKOUTS? My mother is recovering from knee surgery, and i want her to stay mobile, build her core, sitting down.

You looked so graceful but the diamond touch down thing was tricky and a bit hard to do. I'll keep on practising this workout in order to get better at it. This week I trained 5 times and took 2 days off. I try to train 6 times per week but sometimes I am tired or just wanna read a book :P I don't know how many times I've said this to you, Linda, but what you do and the way you do is sheer magic, You're such a talented and wonderful #barlates teacher. I have old back and neck injuries. Most of these exercises hurt me there. Any suggestions?

If your injuries play up then you shouldn't do the exercises that aggravate them. It will help, however, if you put a folded towel under your lower back to make sure that there is no gap there. You might also want to stay up higher and not curve down so low. You can also support your head with hand if it helps. You might be better off doing plank style exercises for abs rather than pilates ones.

I am pretty sure most oblique exercises are ok, but everyone is different so just listen to your body and if it feels wrong don't do it. I have a postnatal series on my channel 😊
