Good evening sir.... Muje neck pain hai. Aur bahut bar jab bhi mai gym jana shuru krta hu to ye pain ho jata hai....Koi diet jo muje iss tarh ki pain se nikalne mai madat kre... Aur mai body warm-up bhi ache se krta hu

assalamualikum ... hye ..i've been watching ur videos for some time but i couldnt find any tips for girls .. like when u r telling tips of how to do pec dec flyes or if it leg press or let pull i couldnt find any single tip for girls .. i cant switch to another youtuber cuz the way u teach is really good and easy anyone can understand it ... so plz plz kindly do me a favour whenever u upload a new video for machines and exercise just add little bit tips for girls too.. plz .thank u

Girls do have the same muscle groups right? Its the same for everyone.. why differentiate on gender? If u do chest flyes you'll train your chest it doesn't matter if you are a girl or a boy.

Hello Jeet Selal, Would you have any advice on correcting asymmetric lats. It becomes more apparent when I hit Lat Back Spread (19:00 ). I don't lose my form while exercising, go moderate wight and focus on contraction instead… Tried consulting with local trainers but all they have is 'Bro Science'!! Please help :) Thanks.

Jeet sir mere macro setup f=31g,c=88g,p=200g hai to jaise ab mera weight 1week 500g lose hota ya gain hota hai to mujhe apne macronutrients ko Dubara se setup Karna padega ya fir apne fat or carbs ko kam ya Jada Karna padega
