Thanks, I’ve been really working on editing. But I’m sure as time goes, it all gets alittle better naturally over time

Looks like the right carburetor but you’re right the fuel line is close to the muffler

I found and ordered a different one that has a 90/elbow coming out of it so that will fix the problem. Same carb though

These things were made better then versus now. My 23 yr old is still going strong and all i did was rebuild the carb ( Walbro original) and replace a belt and blades. Mine says 13HP but I'm sure its the same motor.

I own 1994 same model, works fine, own huskvarna 3years old also . b&s 12.5 engine always starts on 3revolutions, use it for rough mowing.

Overall it looks pretty good shape to me and it’s not junked out by a wantabe mechanic 😊

What carb did you replace it with? I have a walbro original and cant find a replacement. That one that came off it looked like a Nikki or a Nikki clone.

Sorry, I’m not sure. Just some Chinese Amazon carb that had the right angle fuel inlet that would work for me. But I did look it up under the model number of the machine

Prime it before you burn upstarter and run battery down I can’t stand it when people just keep on cranking until battery or start quiet
@GormanRepairs Жыл бұрын
I only cranked it for a few seconds, not sure what you’re talking about but I agree not to crank it too long
