Looks like another winner yum, my parent's, would love a few more freezer meals, maybe even more muffins too, they are 83 and 81, lots of medical issue in the last 4 month's, I'm the baby at 51, so gotta help mom and dad.

Well Bev I never thought about assembling it together. I always froze the sauce and meatballs separately. Making pasta fresh then useing meatballs and sauce. I will have to try this thanks for sharing. Much love from Northwestern Ontario Canada.

Ground chicken is also fantastic for Asian chicken meatballs. I serve them over rice with a yummy Asian sauce. So good!

Looks like an amazing meal. I'm wondering where did you get your beef powder that doesn't have MSG in it. I haven't been able to find anything and I have a family member that cannot have MSG in anything and I'm looking for like a chicken base or a beef base powder so you can use it for broth or in recipes

I just got a freezer. How would i heat the freezer meals? Im assuming oven, but...

A) Take from freezer remove lid, top with loose tinfoil..bake at 350 for and hour, remove foil and bake another 25 minutes. If thawed cut the time down to 45 minutes and 10 minutes.
