Thanks for the info. I may try a couple of those restaurants when I’m there in a couple of weeks.

Great vlog. Will be in Paris again next Summer-can’t wait, especially for all that food. Magret & Confit de Canard-yum😋.

Interesting video! Nice to know some of the history of crepes. I'll probably leave the escargot to the true Parisians but I'm very interested in trying Boeuf Bourguignon. I've made the dish here in the U.S. following some of the classic recipes for it that start with several slices of bacon being rendered in the braising pot. It's a very rich dish and something I actually like to make for Christmas dinner! Serve it with mashed potatoes and some red cabbage (in a nod to my half German heritage) and it's an amazing meal. Lots of great foods I've already put on the list, like Paupiettes de Veau with ratatouille, or the chicken cousin to Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin. As you say often, Mama Mia! There will hardly be time in Paris to try all the foods! I'm going to Paris in August 2025 but I'll only be there 3 days and then it's off to the Loire Valley to ride bicycles through the area for a week.

I don't know snails are so popular. For me, I'll take the sauce and the bread and skip the snails.
