You showed a video on a yoga position for good digestion. Is there any thing we can do to strengthen the digestion so that we don’t have so many food sensitivities?

Chew your food properly, while eating only focus on eating (no tv, no phones etc). Sit in vajrasana after meal for 10 min. Consciously make some lifestyle changes.

If you do not have any knee issue, then you can sit in vajrasana as much as you like. I will make a note about making the video on it. Please be patient, it might take some time.

Q1: Is there a significant difference between Transcendental Meditation and Meditation? Is it necessary to work with a teacher for Transcendental Meditation? Q2: What should we do if we feel bored during the meditation? Should I force myself to continue or should I leave the meditation?

In English meditation is just one word for many different techniques. Pratyahara, Dharna, Dhyana, Japa, and Samadhi. These words are all called meditation but the technique is different. Transcendental Meditation is more like "japa", you silently repeat a mantra. I cannot get bored with meditation. If you are feeling bored, you are not meditating. If you felt the emptiness for a little while and came out of it, then you cannot force yourself to go back in. Its like if you were having a great dream and someone woke you up, now you cannot go back to sleep and force yourself to continue with the same dream. Thank you for being a memeber of the Channel!

How should one do pranayama if one of the two nostrils remain blocked; sometimes right sometimes left but both not open at the same time, should we do as it is? If one does it with one nose closed, does it benefit him.

Try to open your nose by doing either bhastrika pranayama first, or just jump up and down to pump up your heart for 2-3 minutes. It usually opens up the nose.

Eyes should be closed in all pranayamaas?

Not really, but preferably. You will be able to keep your awareness to the pranayama and will not get distracted if you keep them close.
