I shred my own cheese to, usually. it's better and the pre-shredded has starches in it which is non keto. but sometimes I'm lazy lol

I’m with you. I have an attachment on my kitchen aid that shreds cheese. I usually shred several and place them in ziplock bags until ready to use. This time I got lazy, too but had to work up some 💪🏻
