So the multi billion $ protein shake industry & internet influencers haven't been telling the full story? I'm shocked & I'm sure countless others to learn that drinking protein spikes blood sugar by converting 60% to glucose. How have we not known about this before? If true, as someone who spends a fortune on shakes & currently taking 4 per day, I'll consider reducing to 1 just b4 my daily cardio & strength workout where lactase produced during cardio (from glucose), can fuel muscle growth. Thanks for the informative video & I look forward to more details on this key topic.
