Jody Mottshaw I definitely learned a lot just by having conversation. That was exactly his point - loved it.

I’m so glad that you decided to post “outside the box” from your regular format!! This is an amazing video. I am not a LEO but I follow your channel to become better educated about a profession that I’ve always had an interest in. If i didn’t choose nursing as my passion, I would definitely have chosen law enforcement!! Thank you for your passion!

I agree wholeheartedly with Phillips notion-the bottom line is you MUST have the desire. Those who want to be lazy, will. Those who desire to succeed, will. It’s not to do with your skin tone, your religious beliefs or anything else. You very simply MUST desire to succeed. Our citizens use the “I can’t succeed because _______________” excuse CONSTANTLY! But then we have folks like Phillip who have come from an UNFATHOMABLE way of life and worked hard in our country in order to succeed. He did not sit on his small island and waste away, he came here and followed his desire to become educated. This, for Phillip, is clearly the top of the ladder type of success. Was it easy? No! Were there hard times? Yes! But he’s working on his SECOND masters! He made no excuses. He had desire to succeed.Congratulations Phillip! We need to stop teaching our children that it is OK to do nothing. To make excuses at every turn for them because they perhaps look a little different than their neighbors, behave a little different than their neighbor, have a bit different culture than their neighbor or WHATEVER! Different is what makes us a tremendous species! BE different! But please, don’t use our differences as an excuse not to have desire. Because in the end that’s all it is, an excuse.

Chance encounters are great, with one of my jobs I have a ton of chance encounters because we get many tourists and it’s a huge mixing pot if cultures even in middle of the county where there is not a whole lot of different people.

Such a great video! I have no idea why this doesn't have more views. Very articulate individual and such well thought out words. Enjoyed the candidness of the conversation and the challenging that was done. I like that you didn't try and interrupt and let him speak his mind and share his thoughts. Well done sir! Well done! Will we see more of this in the future?

question, 2 parts.: 1. If the constitution is the law of the land, why do the law enforcers enforce codes and statutes? 2. In the constitution/preamble, it states, "We the People.." But all the codes and statutes only mention "persons"? And when looked into a Law Dictionary, The have specific separate definitions for Persons, People and also Citizen. Which is counter to that defined within the statute

12:30 "Because there is no historical or educational foundation.." Which implies the perceived idea that we do indeed have a historical and educational foundation, is a falsehood. Knowing this, and knowing the structure currently in place, with nearly 12 years of history taught via public school as a base line. Must mean?.. What? Are you conscious enough to know this answer? Before the conversation seemed to take a different turn before he was caught off? suggestion? perhaps a quote: "The lord gave us two ears, two eyes and one mouth.." i.e. Listen and watch first before you speak. I enjoy the video, but i do wish he would not be so delicate with his words, and free raine to speak without interruption. P.S. The most powerful form of deception, is that of Self-Deception.
