This is awesome! You know a lot about Caliathenics. Whats a good daily hip exercise that you would recommend doing? Am asking because I have stiff hips.

Hey Iris I've been breathing into stretches for about 30 years and also as part of injury rehab. When rehabbing I imagine the in breath taking the healing to the site and the out breath taking away toxins. I'm sure it helps. Jann took some photos of me, no video yet so maybe I'll send to you on IG (but they're pretty ugly) Have decided goals for 2021 and want to start the pay for service coaching with you. Why do people always point toes when doing calistenics? Also where you accent from 🙂

Because it helps you to activate leg muscles and thus improves your whole body tension 😊 and this in return will make the skill a lot safer :)
