I use Hotel Bar butter which is salted. These days I have to adapt our original friut cake recipe, so I don't add any eggs instead I use the plain cake mix then add the fruits melted butter.

Yout can see when the cake break apart it's nice. If you was a baker you would see it's not too much flour 😁
