Where did you learn about the second heart being completed in 4E 200? I don't remember learning anything about it or reading anything about it in Skyrim.

A thought occurs. Can objects mantel objects? Could the Heart of the Clockwork City mantle the Missing Heart of Lorkhan?

Clockwork apostles are just the synths of the Elder Scolls universe.

In oblivion there is a Fort called Teleman and when you go inside and explore a bit you can find Nocturnal's ruined shrine guarded by some stunted scamps and one dremora churl. I need an explanation please because I've been standing here asking myself wtf is happening. There's also a lot more of these kind of little secrets in caves and forts that no one seems to talk about and it's kind of a shame.

So during the events of skyrim there exists ab artificial but fully functional heart of lorkhan? Can we use it to reach godhood outside the city? Can it become a new Tower? How did it's creation influence Nirn?

I read somewhere that apparently Clockwork city is instrumental to the 5th Era? Is this canon? Also, what is the 5th Era?
