Nah you got it wrong, GW doesnt like primarchs fighting their rivals in the 40k universe. That's why they will bring Russ back just to fight Fulgrim. They have as much chemistry against each other like the old Mortarian/Guilliman rivalry (Morty and Gilly have and had no chemistry and no reason for them to battle with actual emotional stakes)

The Four Chaos gods represented with the named four traitor legions, all having their own books, makes complete sense to me. Which then would assume that the other loyalist chapters that are not baked into their main book would also get theirs too. At least some of them (Russ coming back most likely).

World Eaters got a White Dwarf Index update last edition, I still have the free cards. When we think of snake like demi-gods/gods, we instantly think of Morathi Khaine, or I do anyway. Imagine if Fulgrim is released in a similar way. He has a normal form which is actually barely bigger than a normal Chaos Marine (this of course is just an illusion), but through the excess of battle he can build power and unleash his true form. That would be pretty cool.

With all the huplah around the emperors children you never said anything about a new renditon of fabius bile potentially infrecting the board. Almost cirtainly they are going to change him up as his role has changed. What i would also like to see are some new primaris emperor's children, or some new noise marine models as well. But i wonder what might be around a new clone of fulgrim fabius could use to unite his brothers. Its not as if he hadnt done so before.

I think they painted themselves into a corner with that 30k model. It's gonna be a designer's nightmare to make basically the same daemon Fulgrim twice and make it different enough to justify the double purchase. Even if they designed both models simultaneously to ensure maximum differentiation, there is only so much they can do. A pose and armor change won't make the new model appealing enough, and it's not like they're gonna release it for much cheaper because a) this is GW and b) it would destroy 30k Fulgrim sales. They basically fucked up or they will have to wait a decade until they release a plastic model.
