This is 25 minute full body dumbbell workout include warm up and stretching. It will target every muscle group, build lean muscle and burn energy a lot!!
The weight I am using is 3kg x 2 dumbbells, If you have lighter weights, no problem!!
But if you can't feel anything, try heavier one.
