Warm-Up

Full-Body Exercise Routine
#### *1. Squats*
- **Target**: Legs, Glutes
- **How to Do**: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, lower your hips down and back as if sitting in a chair, keep your knees over your ankles, and return to standing.
- **Reps**: 3 sets of 15 reps
#### *2. Push-Ups*

- **How to Do**: Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle. Push back to the starting position.
- **Reps**: 3 sets of 12 reps per leg
#### *4. Plank*
- **Target**: Core, Shoulders
- **How to Do**: Hold a push-up position with your body in a straight line from head to heels. Engage your core and hold.
- **Duration**: 3 sets of 30-60 seconds
#### *5. Mountain Climbers*
- **Target**: Full Body, Cardio
- **How to Do**: Start in a plank position and bring one knee towards your chest, then switch legs quickly, as if running in place.
- **Reps**: 3 sets of 20-30 reps per leg
#### *6. Glute Bridges*
- **Target**: Glutes, Lower Back
- **How to Do**: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips towards the ceiling, squeeze your glutes, and lower back down.
- **Reps**: 3 sets of 15 reps
#### *7. Bicycle Crunches*
- **Target**: Abs, Obliques
- **How to Do**: Lie on your back, lift your legs into a tabletop position, and alternate bringing your elbow to the opposite knee while extending the other leg.
- **Reps**: 3 sets of 20 reps per side
Cool Down
- **Hamstring Stretch**: 30 seconds per leg
- **Quadriceps Stretch**: 30 seconds per leg
- **Child’s Pose**: 1 minute
- **Cat-Cow Stretch**: 1 minute
Tips for Success

Trying this for a week! Sw: 48 Gw: 45 Day 1: Done! It was really good and I hope I can see changes tmrrr! Day 2: I can’t see changes yet but my weight has gone from 48.5 to 48.2! Day 3: I just finished and my weight is still the same but I’m gonna check tmrrrr Day 4: Definitely some changes, my teacher told me I looked skinnier!! 48.0 Day 5: I looked in the sunlight and you could see like 11 line abs forming but only in the sunlight (Like to remind me!)
