I've been doing this twice a day in the morning and at night it's very nice and easy it's a good workout to do when you're sore from other workouts so doing this at night and in the morning helps!

Ok so I'm going to start it from today ( 24-05-24) for straight 2 weeks Weight - 63-64kg Height - 161-162 cm Day 1 -✅ it was easy but the abs exercise was a bit hard but I'll try it again tomorrow 💪🏻 Fighting!!!!!!!! Ok so since no one is really updating im going to do this for 1 week and actually updating you guys everyday. So im currently 73.2 kg and i started this workout yesterday Day 1 ✅️ literally out of breath but felt good after Day 2 ✅️ felt super sore in the morning but it got better post workout

Day 1: My fingers are hurt and a lot of pain but when I woke up in the morning it looked good Day2: Nothing really changed but my fingers got a lil thin Day3:My finger feel very smooth I will update you guys soon for now I will keep going but it is painful at first

doing this all summer as a really unathletic person ‧₊˚ ⊹ measurements ﹒62kg/137lbs & 172cm/5’8 day one ࣪ ५ ✔️ i decided to take up this challenge because i really want to start taking care of myself and be more intentional about my appearance. day one was great, i am so excited for the rest of the days. i did feel the burn on some parts, but overall, it was super simple and straight to the point. i feel so productive after i finished the workout! **(remind me to update everyday!!)**
