Ji I don't know how I missed this series 🤔. Today when go through the play list i found this series. So I chose first 2 videos for todays practice. 👍👏🤝🙏. Evening I'll do 3&4. 🤗. Feeling more flexible doing regularly. Thank you 🌹🙏 so much Ji from the bottom of my heart.

Hi Surabhi, it requires a holistic approach. Make sure you are getting a treatment from doctor and along with that take care of the following. - Eat nutritious food (you can consult a a dietitian for this) - get a good night sleep of 7-8 hours daily - practice yoga daily All of these things will help you for sure.
