This guided meditation from the Chopra App asks you to lie down, if possible, and slowly bring awareness to different parts of your body. Starting with your feet, and scanning your body upwards, Chopra's Chief Meditation Officer, Roger Gabriel, will help you bring attention to your breath and relax your body incrementally.
Roger helps you turn your attention inward with the goal of full body relaxation. Lastly, he asks you to bring your attention to your brain, using your breath to purify and cleanse your thoughts and emotions, dismissing thoughts that no longer serve you.

I just love these Chopra meditations, they are simply the best. They are positive, also so calming, they really relax. thank you for sharing these! I think Deepak is truly doing his work with big hart.

"They are watching you... but you are stronger, more powerful than you can imagine, they cannot harm you anymore... you are made of light, you are eternal" This came to my mind while meditating with this music... my heart rate was strong, I started to swing softly... like... vibrating? I don't know... just wanted to share... Love to everyone... specially YOU!
