What I like about James is that he's real. He doesn't pretend to be all tough. He would be able to express fatigue and inability to go on, like a normal human. This is unlike a lot of other fitness videos where the person on camera keeps going, making me as the audience feel bad if I couldn't keep. And his chemistry with his wife up is up there! Keep it up James!

I totally agree. I love the energy between you two. It made doing the workout all the more enjoyable. This is a deceptively difficult workout. Watching it, and doing it are two different things. I had to lower my band!

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

After being sedentary for over a month working from home I ordered bands and attempted to follow this workout. I made it through the first two rounds of HIIT and Tabada and was shaking and on the verge of throwing up. I was only using the light band the whole time. Looking forward to another workout soon.

James Grage, How many times per week should I do this workout? I'm 68 and my goal is to be able to finish this workout without stopping any longer than the rest periods. I feel like this is an overall fitness routine as well as an overall fitness evaluation. Love it!!! Once I have mastered this I will go on to other challenges.

really good job... for me personally i want to omit the Tabata workouts and do Hard 500-Meter Row on end of each round. 6 rounds total... extended it out a Hard Hour Full Body.
