I really appreciate you creating this resistance band workout, Lauren. I did it over 2 days and while some of it was challenging, when I did the figure 4 stretch at the end, I was much more flexible! I need to do floor workouts because I feel different muscles are being used - even the getting up and down on the floor is beneficial. Thanks again! ✨

Thank you. I went through a band "phase" several years ago but had put them aside. I pulled out the bag and put the bands to good use with this workout. Challenging in a different way from free weights, and the time just flew. Next time I'll know which band to use to get the most out of each move.

Thank you for your workouts. I am not a senior, but haven't consistenly worked out in 20 years and everytime I try again, I injure something (knees, shoulder) that takes months to recover from. I found your workouts and they are the perfect mix of gentle strength, stretching, and toning. I never comment, but wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciate you for sharing these. (PS I love the Alta products. Used your code to get all the weights and booty bands, and after today, got the resistance bands as well. My teenage son is jealous of the weights because they are so soft and silky, lol.)

I found that when I use the same recovery exercises that gave me my strength back after an injury as my warm-up for that body part, it not only helps me get stronger faster, but it prevents a lot more injuries, too!

Hi Lauren. Well, I have to admit that the resistance band is my least favorite workout. I absolutely did the entire thing, and it flew by, but I'd much rather be lifting weights, LOL. thank you for the intense workout. one thing; I really struggle on the mat... my posture is very compromised (my back is very swayed and I have a discernible scoliosis), and everything on the mat requires some kind of adaptation. what do you recommend? a pillow? my neck suffers the most, and my lower back, and I can have pain in my neck and lower back for a couple of days following a session on the mat. I do like resistance band exercises!

Hi Lisa. A pillow is a great idea, especially if it makes you more comfortable. I would also recommend leaning against a wall for the exercises where our legs are extended. (like where we row back with our arms) That way it takes the pressure off your back. Your abdominal muscles may also be weak so your lower back is compensating. I also have a chair workout routine with resistance bands that you may like. Let me know if you need the link :)

I thought chair ex would be too easy for me but it is also very challenging at times. and yes, my abdominal muscles are definitely weak (actually my neck suffers the most), particularly because I gave birth (caesarean) for the first and only time at 51, 19 years ago, and was 50 lbs heavier than I am now, until about 5 years ago. I try to strengthen core muscles but it's definitely not amazing progress. thanks for responding!

The upper workouts were relative easy but..I may need to excercise hip workouts more often, they were a bit of hardship 😊.

A little too advanced for me. This is showing me how tight my legs are. I struggle to straighten them and can’t lift them very high for the floor exercises. I did what I could. 🤷🏻♀️
