I like using resistance bands. I bring them along when I travel.

Thanks Trish. The Obe brand isn't on Amazon. I used the Obe because I got them in a subscription box. The brand on my Amazon page is almost identical. There are only a few suppliers and most brands just slap their label on it.

Hi the bridge exercise with the band at min 13:17 ... When we lift ourselves up do we pull quads away from each other since there's a band around it ?

Hi Seoh! Pulling the knees away from each other with activate the glutes more! But more importantly, you don't want your knees to come together because they may put too much pressure on your knee joint.

Hi ..can clamshell with band the one showing in your video helps in the bone density of the hip as is not weight bearing and I was told that to build the bone density in our hips we must be standing up doing any exercises... I'm wrong????

Standing is ideal, but yes, clamshell with the band will help with bone density because the band is providing resistance. :)
