I have been using the Backnobber to release trigger points in my neck and shoulder areas. Although it is effective, it’s such a clunky device to use and bc we’re constantly traveling, even tho it breaks down into two pieces, it’s still a hassle to use while watching tv or reading - pressing here and there. The other issue is you have to use it constantly to keep the triggerpoints released. I’m hoping these exercises will be able to take the place of that device sooner than later. Or if you think it should be used as an added facilitator for releasing facia, then please let us know.

Hey Guys! This is way to fast and hard to follow even as someone who has done previous manouvers. Some are done differently and the instructions are way to fast + the cuts. Not a big fan of this 🙏

Are you referring to the trailer at the beginning or the class itself? This is a more advanced class for people who have more experience and want to flow deeper and faster

@@HumanGarage The class itself. Oh, got it! I wish the Intro would have mentioned that. I was looking for if there is the longer version anywhere but could not find it. Many of them were done differently then in the "original" manoeuvres. Both in terms of breath, movement and resting time (walking). So it was a lot to process. Thanks for the reply!

Well sure, but many factors play a role in this. You don't get bad breath from simply breathing out the mouth. Focus on proper hydration, nutrition, and hygien and you'll have no worries
