Stretching and flexibility are such an important part of keeping your body and spine healthy, and this is especially true if you exercise and move your body regularly! This pilates full body stretch routine will hit many of the areas throughout the body to improve mobility and flexibility.
Although stretching multiple times per week is ideal, even taking one day during the week to rest, recover, and stretch is key to keeping your body healthy and remaining active.
This pilates full body stretch workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt & Tone 30-Day series, but you do not need to do the series to complete this workout. It’s perfect as a standalone stretch routine as well, and is great for all levels!
