This 40-minute full body pilates workout will focus on sculpting and toning the whole body! Core strength and stability will be at the center of this workout (no pun intended!), and will help power you through upper body, lower body, and full body movements. We’ll also sprinkle in mobility and flexibility exercises, and move the body in various planes for a healthy and mobile spine.
This full body pilates flow, combining both strength and mobility exercises, will leave your muscles feeling engaged and energized, help improve your posture and alignment, and help you feel more limber and mobile!
This full body pilates workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt & Tone 30-Day series, but you do not need to do the series to complete this workout. It’s perfect as a standalone pilates full body routine as well, and is great for both beginner and intermediate levels!
