I had intended to start the 21 day course today but for some reason my laptop gave me this video instead. Now I've completed it I'm buzzing! One of the things I find most helpful is that you remind us when to breathe in and then out again. Being deaf, I don't get that with face to face teachers, and haven't seen it on all the yoga channels I've looked at, so I'm really happy that I now know when to breathe in and when to let my breath out. So simple yet so important! Thank you Liv!

Just recovered from a muscle sprain in my lower back during a gym session. doing this stretching as part of my rehab. Love the fact that the movements are very gentle on my back and i still get the deep stretch needed. I just found your channel today and checking out your videos! Came out of 2 years of total sedentary living and this class was a great way to identify where I'm at flexibility wise (it's bad lol) while at the same time not being a punishing work-out. What's really nice is that you explain everything so I don't have to look at the video all the time while I'm following along. Allover great teaching!

I wish I had known of your channel sooner, but I'm glad to be a subscriber now. I've always liked stretching but it had never been a priority of mine. I used to be really into strength training and would prioritize that. About two months ago I became really sick and had to fully stop intense exercise. Because of that, I also can't do intense yoga, but a gentle flow video such as this is such a life savior for me. I lost so much lean muscle mass due to quick weight loss from my illness, which really affected my relationship with my body. But vídeos like this are great for me to reconnect with my muscles, stretching feels extremely good to my sore and achy body. Thanks a lot for posting this type of content. Hopefully I'll get to try your more dynamic videos soon, but until I have the strength for it, I'll be married to this video right here. Any other gentle videos would be immensely appreciated, your work is amazing and I really love how you explain the poses in ways that are easy to follow. Keep up the good work =)

I've been watching your videos for awhile, mostly because I wanted to be more flexible and mobile, so I was mostly just picking stretches and doing them individually. But I recently had a doctor tell me I should try yoga as a form of mindfulness to help with psychosomatic illness, so I decided to try some full routines. This class was perfect for me because I can't always do more intense workouts due to my illness. Thank you so much!

I loved loved loved this stretch. I usually did yoga with a different instructor, and this stretch had my favourite pigeon pose and some new poses for me. I didn't feel the time passing, it was so smooth and gentle and effective! I'll be a regular! Thanks for your videos.

This was a great session.. Initially I thought it looked easy, but was simply humbled by how stiff my body was when doing the poses.
