QUest should add Xbox Kinect support for full body tracking. Even 10 years later nothing compares to Kinect sport’s full body tracking. Combined with vr it would be awesome for things like martial arts games, dodgeball, dance games, soccer, fitness games that can personal train you based on exact limb position. There was a Kinect game where the personal trainer would shout at you if you weren’t lifting your knees high enough, was awesome!

I was thinking of buying either a quest 3 or a gaming pc to play pcvr with my quest 1. I already have quest 1, and I can only afford either quest 3 or a gaming pc. What do you think is better buying a gaming pc to play top AA pcvr games with my quest 1or buying the quest 3 and play the standalone games from meta library?

I think personally you'd get more enjoyment out of the quest 3, it's a significant upgrade from the quest 1 and if you just plan on playing VR then quest 3 for sure

There’s obviously no objectively right answer here, but if your main thing is VR, I recommend the Quest 3 and comfort accessories (new strap, controller grips, etc.)

I think people are generally disappointed that they can't play a game in a series they are extremely nostalgic about. Let's see where this goes hopefully it will be good enough to drive some quest 3 lite sales.

No way would I watch a movie on the Quest 3. I did try Netflex and the lens resolution ruined it for me, along with the black levels being poor. I have a plasma and oled TV and there much better to watch a movie on. The lens and camera's(camera's to grainy for mixed reality) would have to be a lot better, and even then it would be a struggle because of wearing a headstrap. It starts to get unpleasant when playing games to be under for more than an hour. So I will just stick to gaming in 1/2 to 1 hour sessions . But that gaming time is a blast!! By the way, I like your channel voice, sounds pleasant to listen too. Cheers!

Considering you can buy a QUALITY LG 4k 65" smart tv for the same price as a quest 3, I agree. For someone who is such a nerd that they game more than they watch youtube and movies then I can sorta get why you'd just buy a quest 3 if they have a college laptop when they first move in to a new apartment. I love the idea of VR, but I'll pick up my heaset and for maybe 3 days I'm excited to play something, but then for 3-6 months straight my VR headset just sits in the corner of my room. There just isn't enough of anything interesting to spend time in VR when the best games are still only playable on a monitor and I have a great ultrawide OLED that is insanely crisp with completely black blacks at night.

@@AleksPlaysMc I have been gaming since Pong in the mid 70's. This is my first headset, I did not want to spend any more until I had some time to try vr first. I don't regret buying the Quest 3, but I don't see me upgrading because of the comfort issue. I get pain around the top of my eyebrows and I have an upgraded strap, new facial interface, prescription lens inserts and still have to do short sessions. But it's still a cool tech.
