This is a really good workout, like it’s way harder than it looks. My only recommendation is that maybe you could go slower, and like show and explain the moves better before you keep going onto doing it? Because idk maybe it’s just that I’m bad at following, but i had to pause and rewind the video quite a lot. but besides that this was amazing

amazing workout, though i don't think this is for me. The walls and tiles of my home are way too slippery, I kept slipping during the plank lol. Also during the hip bridge part I felt all the exercises in my lower back as well, not sure if I was doing it correctly. Would love to know how others do it
