White Bread is not recommended due to it's fast digesting nature and it's place on the glycemic index.

lunch = 614 = 60g + 26g + 30g, but dinner = 616 = 50g+25g+24g, Please correct. both are contradicting to each other. if weight is low than calorie should also decrease.
