Its a tough time, 21 days lockdown needs patience, effort and most importantly to maintain our health. I have chalked down how I am maintaining my diet for full day. U can do this too for weight loss, weight maintenance, to stay fit, to build your immunity.
I make youtube videos on fitness, beauty & lifestyle.Sharing parts of my life & experience with you all. Disclaimer - I am not fitness trainer or nutritionist/dietician. I have uterus prolapse problem so i cant do jump and squats and any hiit workouts plz suggest me workout

I wake up at 6 in the morning and drink a glass of normal water before brushing . After that I boil jeera in one glass of water which I already soaked previous night , I drink a half of that warm jeera water n chew'em as well . After my drink I jump straight into 15 minutes yoga followed by your workout which I somehow try my best to keep on going for 40 minutes and then complete my rest of the drink , after that I help my mom in the kitchen and after 1 hour I grab any frui with dry fruit and have that , then ghar k rest of d works like jhadu or pocha and after taking shower I manage to complete my breakfast around 9 or 9:30 Then I take rest for sometime . Around 11:30 I eat two amla or one orange with lukewarm water then I have my lunch including 2 rotis with bowl full of vegie n daal n half a cucumber around 1 . Then ...around 4'o clock I either go for a slow walk or do yoga for 30 mins with my mom then I prepare dinner around 8 and we complete our dinner at 8:30 . Then I go fr a slow walk for 15 mins and sit on a Vajrasana pose fr 5 minutes Di I don't know what I am doing is ok, good,best or what and neither have any idea k aap mere comment ko pdhoge ya ni .....but if aap pdhte ho to di can U pls trell me that should I add something else or not N one last thing *THANKYOUSOMUCHDIII* fr helping me n this youtube family ❤ I love you d most

One thing I want to correct that amla is only useful when taken raw...No use of boiled amla because vit c is a heat sensitive vitamin,it denatures above 60degree celcius temp.

Its very sad that none of the youtubers are talking about stray animals. It's TRUE that we have to stay at home but even for 30mins with precautions even if people can feed the animals within their area would be helpful

Sofar I have lost 12 kgs now my weight got stucked I don't know what to do to further please suggest some ideas (from 76kg-61kg) I wish to lose some 10more kgs🥺...! Anybody..!

Everyone has a great plan but less to no push at all. I start with leafy veggie :-) bcoz in my research sweet potatoes promote fullness, due to their high fiber and water content. This may lead you to eat fewer calories, which could lead to weight loss.

Hyyy Want to ask question 1)if we have wheat roti without oil stuffed veg how much wheat tbs 2)because of corona lockdown it's not possible to have egg cucumber carrot at my place roz patta gobhi lay saktay hain 3)dal replace with chicken?? 4)rice 6tbs or 10?? 5) should we take milk yougurt how much? 6)is 10000 steps is a day is ok or 30 min walk Plzzz anwesha answer me
