Hey Wesley, I know you study nutrition and know your facts but in my opinion pangasius is not the best choice of fish, simple due to how they are raised. If you want to you could look into that, cause I stopped eating it ever since I saw that

Cottage cheese from *lidl* ?
@tomtom-ec6tb
@tomtom-ec6tb 6 жыл бұрын
Yes and so are the raspberries. Personally I have tried all cottage cheese from Waitrose to Tesco and Lidl one is the best but also best priced - double win. The others tend to have a funny taste or be too wet. I personally shop between Lidl, Waitrose and Tesco for different food products. Lidl today as a German supermarket has really upped its game with many good products at exceptional prices.

Yeah and I actually like the salt content, the high salt calls for good pumps in the gym, and with enough water you wont retain water, I speak from experience, just chug water and you'll piss the excess sodium out. good stuff with sweetener and whey.

Walking is safe and effective but time-intensive. Running is too much risk at his bodyweight except perhaps if sprinting up an incline. Swimming is one of the best cardio options because all four of one's limbs work to perform the movement. Cycling is great and arguably best for the legs, but the lack of arm involvement seems like a missed opportunity. Rowing is another great full body cardio option.

@oowatchoo
@oowatchoo 6 жыл бұрын
They don't downplay it, many IFBB competitors would love to be open about it. But obviously no one can't or is allowed to speak up because of sponsors and the general taboo around it. Just like in other competitive sports it plays a role but in the end it doesn't matter since everyone is using them. Wesley never said that you can achieve his physique if you follow his workout/nutrition plan. A workout can still be classic even whitout being on roids lol. He is just educating man. If you can't accept that don't follow the sport.
