Man, diet is so important. I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing it was bad, until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Bad thing is I am lazy and hate to research about food and I just couldn't count calories all the time so I decided to invest in meal plan from Next Level Diet. Best thing I got myself in this life. I lost so much fat and got so much more energy when I started eating healthy again.

The problem with fruits and vegetables is that they can take away quite a few calories. Remember, those guys don't do this for health, they do it for looks and every calorie counts. Of course it would be healthier but that doesn't matter in this business.

This honestly looks like a very challenging day of eating. Very strict. Props to this guy for doing so well. However, I'm curious if he really needs to take all those pills in the morning considering his diet is already filled with highly nutritious food. Seems like overkill, but maybe he needs it because of his size.

No real reason. If you get peanut butter look ur Valencia Peanuts, these have little to no contaminants. Costco sells a really good kirkland valencia peanut spread.
