Today, James is showing you how he puts down 5,386 calories of clean food in his 7 meals of the day. When it comes to his diet, James does not eat any cheat meals during the off-season or pre-content prep. He'll get a few weeks a year where he lets his body rest and relax, but he typically eats clean close to 90% of the time. Keep in mind that eating large of quantities of clean food on a daily basis can be super challenging to even the most experienced bodybuilders in the sport, but ultimately, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
