Vegetables first (if in the meal) then protein and carbs mixed together (chicken/steak with rice or potatoes) otherwise protein and then finally carbs (eggs/egg whites and oatmeal or cream of rice) and lastly fruit (if in the meal) last as a pseudo type of dessert

Oh snap my endocrinologist has me taking the same vitamins!! I’m on trt, and I get blood work every 3 months, I do DHEA Vitamin d Prognanalone Progesterone T3 Fish oil B12 K2 Vitamin c And testosterone 100mg every 5 days

Try over night oats. Unsoaks oats will not only make colitis worse it can cause it

How much water you prefer for you cream of rice? Why you dont eat veggies?

I usually do 3 or 4 times the amount of water. I don’t eat many veggies because of my UC. I do take a greens powder every morning and a fiber supplement.

@@carlosthomasjr Thank you! after training I have 200g of cream of rice so I will use 800 ml of water and I will check how it is digested. I once tried to make cream of rice with a minimum amount of water, but it stayed in my intestines for a long time and I felt bloated.

How low is your lowest day?

It was pretty low. Anywhere from 60g-110g of carbs.

I heard if you eat your proteins, and fats if you take them, before the carbs and that keeps your blood sugar spikes lower than if you ate the carbs first. Great order to eat.
