Full day of eating. I don't eat exactly this way every day. I don't advise you to eat exactly this way. This is for entertainment purposes and sorta because some people just don't know what it looks like to eat three meals and snacks a day.

I like how you're very gentle with yourself, even while being structured. Your experience with an eating disorder makes you very aware of how others struggle and I really appreciate that!

Agreed good attention to one's self, I wish I could care for myself quite so well, But I guess such a thing takes practice. ..... You might want to sharpen that knife though, It's surprising how dangerous a dull knife is, trust me, I didn't think about it much back in the day before I almost sliced off my pinky while trying to cut some chicken.

@@StreetTruckinTitan almost everything we eat in modern days is processed. the term processed doesnt really mean something inherently bad. Just how you use it and moderate it if its canned or frozen. be smart about it. eat potassium to offset sodium, etc.

Salmon aficionado here! That looks like a Sockeye fillet; sockeye has less fat and will lose more moisture during baking than Atlantic salmon. I highly recommend Atlantic for baking as its slightly higher fat content means it loses less moisture. I also highly recommend just a tad bit of butter, and use parchment paper instead of foil if possible. This will also stop your salmon from sticking, and help seal in a little more moisture in both cases. If it's dry every time, you're cooking it too high heat and/or for too long! Especially without a fat to help spread the heat evenly (like a little oil or butter) the outside with dry out. You want to cook it at around 375 for ~15 minutes, or until JUST done.

Nice. Yeah, like others have said you won't become overly muscular (assuming you won't be taking steroids ) , but just fiiine :D In fact, based on what I've seen it EHCANCHES your feminine traits instead. The body shape we usually associate with the female of the human species, just gets even more pronounced when you add a good amount of muscle . And of course, there's health benefits to having some amount of resistance training and cardio, compared to not having it.

Hi patty! 2 suggestions for the salmon. Sometimes I use paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, pepper, and seafood magic seasoning and rub it on the salmon before cooking (and you can put a little olive oil on it so it doesn't dry out). You can also put a sauce on top of the salmon before cooking, it keeps it moist, some that I use are red Thai curry sauce, lemon dill sauce, and chipotle aioli. I typically bake them at 375-400 degrees for 20-25 min (depending on the thickness of the salmon). 😊

Hello, im a Professional chef in Sweden (Working on restaurant Wedholms Fisk) . For your Salmon situation i would recomend to fry or bake it in the oven to have the best temperature control over the fish ;) I would try to take the fish to 40-45 degrees Celsius or 104-113 degrees farenheight, then instead of adding bay leafs I would add lemons or Lime to make the dish have a more acidity taste (Freshness) ;) UP TO YOU OFC. hi patty, love your vids and editing im a food nutrition scientist (cringe) and i thought to share some info. try to avoid artificial sweeteners, sucralose and others have been found to fuck up your gut. also, dont shy away from fats like coconut oil for sweets and olive oil for salties, they'll help you feel satiated and better overall hormonal health. last nitpick, more protein isnt always needed. the body cant process too much in a day. the rule of thumb is to take as many grams of protein as your lean body mass in pounds. a good indicator of too much protein in your diet is foamy piss, that's the protein that's being filtered out. thanks for your vibes! hope this helps

Hey there. I'm a male weighing 169 pounds, 182 cm tall, at 25% body fat. I'm trying to lose fat and gain some muscle. Could I go for 135 - 140g protein per day??? PLZZ do clarify my doubt coz I'm very much scared about my kidney health, although I have no kidney disease not even minimal, but still this protein consumption thing always haunts my peace. Could you please clarify this??? I'd be pleased if you do so!!!! Thank you.

I like to do my salmon on a frying pan--you can pan sear it on each side for about 2 minutes, then lower the heat to medium-low and keep cooking until it reaches an internal temp of 130-140 degrees. A piece that size--looks about 5-6 ounces--shouldn't take more than 7 or 8 minutes total. Use whatever cooking oil you like--i like avocado oil or ghee--or you can just use some pam spray.

I eat Salmon like once a week, here are some tips if you want. Also I love your videos! Defrost the filet the night before because it'll help the Salmon retain more of it's oils and not be so dry, let it sit out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking, coat the salmon with olive oil but not so much that oil drips off of it, just enough to cover the salmon, season with whatever, heat the pan to about 375 degrees and add like a table spoon of olive oil (i have a temp gun, but you can eye ball it - just make sure the oil is moving around from the heat, but not so much to where it's smoking). Fry both sides for about 4 minutes for a total of 8 minutes, I like mine a little rare, if you don't aim for 5-6 on each side. Salmon should come out nice and juicy with a crust. A cast iron will make a really nice crust, but a non stick should work fine too.

Patty - you’re helping me , so let me help you. Get parchment paper and cut a piece 2 times the size of the salmon piece. Then, place the salmon on one side and season with salt and pepper. Fold over the parchment and fold the edges so that the salmon is “sealed” inside the cute little parchment paper envelope that is made. Here is the incredulous part - put in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. TRUST ME. When done, let sit for a moment as it steams. Then open carefully and tadahhhhh. Moist tasty salmon. Do not cook longer than 3 minutes unless your piece is super thick. You can add teriyaki and other things when you season it. You know, the fun other tasty bits. Let me know how this works for you. Stay you.

I'd like to do things in the right way, know what to do, how to structure a workout, or even how often I need to change it (do I even need to do it), should I take proteins and how do you know if you _should_ do it, etc... Patty, if you're reading this, consider doing a video for us newbies that just want to start this journey but don't even know where to start or what to do TT

Hi, I realise that your comment is from ages ago and I'm a bit late but I hope that I can help you if you still need it or help someone else who happens to be scrolling through the comments. First, consider what you want from fitness. Is it weight loss? Muscle gain? Strength gain? Improved athleticism? Once you've got this down, start with the basics. If you want to focus on cardio start with your favourite form of it 2-3 times per week. If you want to start with lifting start twice a week and increase when you feel ready. As for exercises, if you want strength I suggest maybe starting with basic S/B/D and going from there. If you want to build up a certain muscle do a bit of googling and pick 3-4 movements (1 or 2 will be enough for smaller muscles) that you like the look of and make that your routine. As for actually starting, just do it. Go in and see how each exercise feels, take a bit of time to make sure that you're doing it with correct form and then decide on weight, sets and reps based on what you think would work for your body. Once you've trained for a couple of weeks and got used to the gym environment and using the dumbbells/bar/machines, decide whether you want to add, remove, replace or change anything about your routine. Don't be overwhelmed by all of the information on the internet. If you're struggling or you find yourself under prepared (e.g. you don't know how to use a machine, you don't know if your form is correct etc.) ask someone in the gym, they are usually open to help. If you feel that going to the gym/using certain equipment makes you nervous the best thing to do is get a training partner like a friend or family member, or to pay for a one-off personal training session (most gyms have guided tours/inductions anyway so you should be okay). Hope this helps!

Buy some blackening seasoning, dry the salmon off with paper towel, put the blackening seasoning on both sides of the salmon and cook it in a hot pan on medium heat with some pam for four mins. Flip the salmon and cook for another four mins. This is how I’ve been making salmon for a year. Blackening seasoning tastes so good.

Huge respect for continuing to make videos in the middle of a nasty acne outbreak. It's just part of being young, and it's awesome that you don't let it affect you at all. That's a great example to set for all the youth that have so much self-confidence issues because of acne. If I had a mongo zit like that on my chin I don't think I could be quite so confident. Go Patty!

Cut up a Lemon and put on it in thin slices when putting in the oven and marinate the salmon before hand with a little lemon juice and old bay or Jsut stick with lemon and salt and I suggest also adding atleast pepper, it’s fish it’s not gon taste good unless you have more flavor than Jsut fish

Love how realistic this video. I used a website to approximate how many calories I should be eating a day to gain and I used ChatGPT for the recipes 😅 because I just can’t be bothered with strictly tracking macros again. I just ballpark it. Also recommendation for the salmon, I’d suggest putting it in the oven (I do 400° for like 12-15 min), add some oil on the salmon when you put it in the air fryer (and the oven too)

You eat like I eat. - I usually get a bowl of Greek yogurt and add fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries...) - for salmon, I add salt and habenero pepper and wrap it in foil. - With the salmon, I make a greek salad, spinach, olives, feta, tomatoes, and oilve oil as dressing (cucumber optional)

I have to thank you on this one. To this moment losing fat has been extremely difficult for me, but I was inspired by this video to search for simple, low-fat alternative foods and it’s been truly a game changer up to the point of losing 12 pounds in just 3 months. So gracias and hasta el próximo vídeo 😊
