Maybe it's too much personal information but I would be interested in a video of what your finances/savings generally looked like before you quit the corporate life. I'm guessing you guys saved a quite a bit to be able to survive until the channel became profitable, but maybe the low cost of your minimalistic lifestyle made it more feasible. I work at a desk but don't make enough yet to have a solid exit plan (I think). Thanks for the content, looking forward to the merch launch and maybe a retreat one day if I get the confidence

I have incorporated this into my morning warm up, as well as to my massage clients. Thank you 🙏🏼 I wonder two things: why not CARS for the fingers and jaw? The jaw will be a challenge for sure, but it’s proper function can improve many seemingly unrelated issues, and it is a counterbalance on the horizontal plane to the shoulders and hips. Thank you deeply for this instructional video, Flo!

For safety and awareness: Since learning anatomy from a competent teacher, I've stopped doing some rotations (at least for wrists and ankles). He warned against doing rotations on joints that are not ball-and-socket joints, so that you won't erode them. Some articulations are supposed to do flexion, extension and sideways motions separately, so I avoid doing intentional diagonal moves. I don't have any deeper knowledge on the issue, but this is something to consider. 🌻

Good explanation 👍thanks a lot.. and I have some questions 1. Should I keep my scapula down while I am doing hand circles? Because I always think when my hand over my head should I pull down my scapula or keep it up close to my ear 2. About sweating while doing cars I have noticed that too. It’s like I feel more tired because of Car’s then when I do something like mobility training, even more tired when I do some kettlebells exercises 😂😂

Hi sir. I am Petricia. From Sri Lanka. Very ardent fan of breath and flow. I have been doing yoga from 2008. But break n flow is completely different I like it very much. But one request would you be pls do us sun salutations.. Sooriya namaskar in your method....
@BreatheAndFlow3 жыл бұрын
there is more beneficial movements from a functional perspective than simple sun salutations in the coronal plane. all our videos meet functional efficiency and challenge your body in a holistic way. we do not teach traditional sun salutations but we have one video on patreon that comes close to it.

If I may offer my opinion. I had this mindset at one time but I learned that trying to structure yoga didn’t work for me. My energy, my available time, etc. changes every day especially because I do other activities like lifting weights, bicycling, walking, etc. When I have muscle soreness, yin is it. When I feel energetic, I pick a stronger one with more chaturangas. I am going through this channel’s extensive offerings video by video (and on Patreon) and making notes to jog my memory on each one’s contents. Then when I roll out my mat, I select the video that feels right to do at that moment. I haven’t gone through all the videos yet. It’s a little project.

Hi Flo, thanks for the video. One question: in the knee segment you mention that no movement is fine too. I just wonder if you don’t move your ankle at all in order to tilt your shin or if you do. I have the feeling that if I also twist my ankle the shin follows and rotates a little as well. Thanks and all the best from Germany, Andre
