Peter, I watch a lot of KZbin videos on various topics. Many times, I find myself changing the speed of videos to 1.5 or 2X because some people just ramble on with nonsense and take forever to actually get to the point. You and your videos however are very concise. I can watch your videos at standard speed you're clear well-spoken and straight to the point. I've only been watching your videos now for a few months and I've been able to add reps and weight to all my workout routines. I just wanted to say thank you for your content.

Now I know how people in the 1950s felt when they got coloured TV
@icecoldgangster4 ай бұрын
To them it felt good because they felt the relief of their brain that was trying hard all that time to complete the black&white films with imagenation. But today when every screen is colored this old school graphic give escapism from the escapism. And now i feel bad like the regret feeling after some kinds of high adrenalin acts.

@Bob-ke1kz4 ай бұрын
Absolutely unnecesery, decline primarily trains the lower Chest which is also Training a lot in every other Chest exercise, especially on flys and Flat Bench press. Focus on Flat Barbell bench press and Incline Dumbell work, These Build the best Chest you can Imagine. Peter also Said this in an other Video.

@@mr.khorsani8740 no worries lol. I am dieting and purposely aiming to reduce the load I need to use on big compound lifts. So I place my heavy barbell rows towards the end so I can’t use a much weight. I’ll do this for muscle maintenance in a diet but push the weight during a bulk.
@mr.khorsani87404 ай бұрын
@@PeterKhatcherian I see. U have a bulking pull video. I feel like you have so many of them but not sure which one to follow.
@syfix2734 ай бұрын
that pulldown is a lat pulldown, not a rear delt one, the lats do abduction which is what you are doing here, also the rear delts don't have much leverage in this frontal plane of motion if you want more rear delts then do a sagittal plane pulldown aka a neutral grip pulldown because the rear delts have better leverage, ps no one needs 4 exercises for the the mid back

@vedxnt9994 ай бұрын
I think you need to do some neck warm up before doing some work bro , like neck rotations clock wise and anti clockwise, 2-3 sets of 12 reps should be enough, many people in my gym get this discomfort and doing some neck warm up before intense workout helps it , I hope this will help you
