I have done this workout multiple times before and love it! Really like that a lot of the moves are not repeated after one set - a nice change of pace from those super sets!

Love your workouts. I've never been a fan of exercising and found it hard to stick to a routine. I've been following different workout videos that you've posted over the years for about a good two months and I've noticed so many amazing changes to my body and mood. I'm happier and more energized. I had spent 2 years looking around for workouts to follow that fit specific conditions that I battle with, and these workouts are by far the best I've stumbled upon. I was at my heaviest weight of 210 lbs, and I'm currently I'm 189. I spend at least an hour everyday doing a few different workouts . This one is currently my favorite, I usually combine it with your 15 minute cardio videos as well. Along with a few ab workouts and arm workouts. Afterwards I feel amazing, I don't even crave junk food anymore (except for the occasional chocolate here and there.) It's nice to finally find a channel that cuts straight to the point and doesn't give try and pull any fast ones. I'm finally learning what it actually means to take care of and understand my body. I've even bought a few DVD's. Thank you so much for everything 💜

If you are new to JS workouts this is a moderate workout but it focuses on the right areas using more unique and compound moves. The dogs help distract you from pain lol if you are using heavier weights. Poor megan i hope she gets as much attention as peanut how cute was she keeping watch over Jessica? Love the dogs and peanut is a rascal like my yorkie lol.

Your analogy 'you don't have to add all the spices every time you make the soup' fits the 'options' option PERFECTLY..... I thought I had the star pose just about mastered, until I did this one with the weights and began to topple over. I LOVE OPTIONS!!! Thank you Jessica for allowing me to feel OK about working at my own fitness level, yet always encouraging me to make progress to become the best that I can be.

Started working out in January 20 of this year. I can tell and feel a difference of weight loss. I have never really been a healthy food eating-person, but now I cant get enough of eating healthy or working out!! I just wanted to tell Jessica thank you for being a great instructor. I've been working out with you regularly since Jan 2 2016. I've lost about 12 pounds in that time without dramatically changing anything else. Thanks for providing such a variety! It makes it much easier to workout if you are doing different styles. And I love that it is real and not studio perfect!

Liked this! My TRX boot camp was cancelled due to bad weather this morning but it is great we can turn to JSTV rain or shine for any kind of workout. I missed the bus to get to my Pilates class too so I think I had better get on and do one of JSTV's Pilates workouts.

Day 3 #SpringAhead done! I used 5 and 10 pound weights and completed the whole workout without having to drop down. I really like this workout! I added the Power Pick Up and Dance Party walks from your DVD. Love that whole DVD so much! I'm looking forward to my very favorite Cardio Ball Blast tomorrow.

Day 3 in. I really liked this one and can see a big difference with my plank strength, especially while doing the one on the elbows. I was able to do them all, which is great.

Jessica since I have been ordered to do low impact cardio which as you know drives me nuts since I constantly modify, I have had to come back to my basic workouts and I really love this. I am still allowed to lift heavy weights but with a medical thing going on it is low impact cardio only so I am doubling my time and doing met on workouts and this is one of the best.

This was a great work-out. I've been doing the Spring Forward series this week instead of the Fit in 15 and it's been a welcome challenge. Walking my dogs each day usually gives me anywhere from 20-60 minutes of extra walking, but yesterday I started using C25K to resume running. I feel like I'm making progress! Thank you!

#FITIN15 Day 8. Only did 15 minutes of this video since I still had lots of energy after the first one. I really enjoyed the squats where you push your hands towards the walls (3:40) and the exercise at 13:30 with the different grip on the dumbbells - I had to closely watch my wrists to avoid bending them. Thanks for another great workout, and I always love watching the dogs.

I agree with Liz that the stretching in this routine felt really nice. I also liked that it had more upper body strengthening because I definitely need it! I once again had to modify with the plank movements. I am just not strong enough yet. I just held myself in a regular plank while you did the side plank with the weights. I have always had problems doing side planks and holding them. I have very long, skinny arms and weak wrist. I will get there one of these days!

Hi Jessica this my first time working out with you. I love your workouts have been working out with Jillian Michael's for long. My body needed change got bit bored working out with her. She basically Does same moves on her DVD's that have of hers working with same muscles group needed change she has helped me reach my goal. I love it! Tried to keep up, but I started with your kickboxing video… so I did 15 minutes of each-Lol! Next time I will do an hour- 30 minutes of each! Thanks for making work-outs that are doable even for some beginners like myself :)

Sometimes I start a video, then get around 1/4 through and say "I can't do this, it's too hard" then proceed to go to her cool down phase. Only to start another video. And it hit me, I end up doing that for almost 2.5 hrs! lol, and here I thought I was taking the easy, lazy route. I was making it harder lol. Stick with it ladies, if it seems hard, there's no shame in doing one of the easier ways that she demonstrates. Bonus: you're working out the intended amount, and more thoroughly that way. Don't give up!!!
