I have been overweight since i was a kid, it has made me frustrated and sick untill this day and i'm 17. I have searched many video's on how to eat healthy, and how to exercise but I never had the motivation to keep me going. Now that I've been watching your videos, it has given me 100% motivation just by watching your meal plans and workouts for home, starting tomorrow doing this meal plan and your workouts, I have a feeling i will achieve my goal. I want to eat everything in this video! Here are some more options for smoothies: add peanut butter to smoothies to help fill you up; make green smoothies using spinach, cucumber, apple, avocado, other fruit if you want, and honey or coco powder if you feel like you need extra sweetness. You can't taste the veggies (unless you go overboard with them) and it's very good; avocados can be added to any smoothie, all it does is make the smoothie creamer and add more healthy nutrients!

I put on almost the same amount of weight as you did for five months in a British college - almost all the wight got around my stomach area and arms which was very unusal for me as I used to be close to a pear-shape. Never since then have I managed to get rid of this fat ... I wonder what was in that college food ....

I like this because it is REALISTIC. I find that most part keto, vegan and raw type diets (that require tons of attention) are NOT realistic or affordable for most of us. This is realistic as it doesn't require eliminating food groups, simple and easy.

I was pleased with the quality of this Weight loss green store tea product. It did not give me too much weight loss, but it definitely contributed to the appetite control. I had more energy and felt more motivated. When I took this as directed I felt quite full and didn’t feel that I was as hungry or ate as much.

I used to live for a couple of years in a tropical island. There I have learned to drink a lot of water and still keep this habit when I am again at home. And for the record water is my favorite drink. :)

You are one of my favorite people! You made my life so much easier since i started watching you... Your videos actually made me feel so excited, cause i was wondering why i can not lose the weight i wanted to lose even though working out 6 days a week...and so after watching your videos (some of which i saw 2-3 times) it just "clicked"...i was eating too much calories, although i thought i was not. I can not tell you how happy i am that you share your knowledge and experience with everyone out there. Not just that but you seem to be a lovely person, beautiful and full of energy. yes i exercise twice a day for 25 to 30 min just make sure your making it rain just play your favorite music and dance till your pants are wet i also try to go to sleep early so i can avoid the late night snacks o n one more thing my first work out is after i wake up no breakfast i rather burn off direct fat n at night work out after dinner so i don't go to sleep with much food in my belly i also have my cheat days just don't stuff your self

This is definitely not a diet but a lifestyle, and it makes a lot of sense. I know why I haven't been able to lose weight I don't eat frequently enough I can eat one meal dinner that's it then I get hungry in the middle of the night and grab what's easiest. Prepping ahead of time is the key you're absolutely right. I'm definitely gonna try drinking lots of water slowly though. Thank you Joanna you're definitely changing lives.

That breakfast looks REALLY good! The dinner doesn't look too good to me though. What I would do for an alternative is use uncooked spinach to make a salad and mix it with grilled chicken, a little lemon juice and cooked egg white and/or avocado and cottage cheese. More calories but still healthy.

+gahirs Hello! I apologise for these other two spam comments, but I will answer your question correctly! Make sure when you eat dinner, you chew slowly and chew it more than what is necessary. This will alert your brain when you are full, making sure you stop eating. When you feel hungry after dinner, aim to have a single fruit or drink some water to see if you are actually hungry and not eating out of boredom. When you wake up in the early morning/late night, you should try NOT to eat. Instead, have some water, or distract yourself until you are sleepy yet again. You should always eat your dinner three to four hours before bed, and try not to have anything after that! Hope I helped! ~ Gaze

I made the vegetarian version of the eggs and avocado! It was SO yummy. I've been following along with your videos, and I love them so far! This video in particular was so helpful. it should really be more - I used to never drink water, but I cut out all the sodas, juices, etc and drink almost only water (other beverages once in a while only for a treat) - once you get used to it, you will wonder what you did without it, I now drink easily 4 -5 liters of water a day, and sometimes more if I work out more - feel better, and skin looks better too

It is. I drink about 2 and a half litres of water everyday and I go to the bathroom to pee. Like every hour or so. If your pee looks transparent, like water, then you're drinking too much

During the day (at school), eat at least four fruits and a snack to keep you going throughout the day. When school finishes, have a small snack, and then have dinner! Hi! There are two ways, actually. The first one is to put some lemon juice on it. The other one is, after you mash it, you put back the seed inside the mashed avocado. That way you can keep it in the fridge and it won't go brown for a long period of time.

Great meals! I am trying this. I lost a lot of weight a couple of years ago doing this same thing, On Sundays I use to prepare all my meals for the week so they were ready to go, I think that is key to have everything ready so your not tempted to eat something else! Breakfast is a really important meal of the day and I would not suggest skipping breakfast. If you skip breakfast then you are more likely to get hungry and snack on something unhealthy before lunch

Preeti its acually better to not eat breakfast maybe like a little snack but not a full meal cause when you eat in the morning it makes your daily eating window bigger causing you to eat more during the day

IMPOSIBLE no matter you hear IMPOSIBLE to gain or even mantain actual fat with that amount of calories at day.... if you skip the breakfast of this regimen ... youll sure loss weight but you will look like shit... like gad damn skelleton... without forgeting you put in risk your health.. AND if is not enough this... since you eat LESS than recommended here.. you will gain 2x times what you have now when you start to eat NORMAL (normal means WITH breakfast...or you planned to skip breakfast FOR LIFE?? no? whelll there u have....) lol my "just" wasnt that "just" but you have the point JUST NO.. no matter what yuo hear NOOOOOOOOO... follow the rules and you will be fine, be patient, salutes!

+Manal AL-harbi If ur weight is 150 lbs then u must drink 75 (half of 150) to 150 ounces per day--- 150 ounces to lose weight.. drink before meals so that u can pee after the meal.. :)

No it isn't. Are you buying cheap processed wheat? Most wheat bread is white bread dyed brown. It has to say 100% whole grain.

Thank you so much for the concise meal plan. It does not sound hard but it is very overwhelming to have to create and calculate the nutrition in meals and snacks for a day. Your plan is so simple I will try it next week. Bonus, I like everything so I don't need to change at all. I wish I had found you four years ago, I'd be sooooooo fit right now. Your simple, straight forward tips have really motivated me to get up and get going. I love food and a large part of not knowing how to move forward was not wanting to let go of taste and flavor and your meal plans have solved that problem. Variety is key. The exercise routines are great too. I have every workout dvd on the market and most recently I've been trying to start T25, it seems so intimidating, but your workouts I can handle. Thank you for this information. I was having trouble with figuring out what kind of snacks I can have "on the go" during that time period between lunch and dinner when I start feeling low in energy. I was recommended raw nut trail mix, apple slices, and brown rice cakes with almond butter and also a smoothie which I see you have included in your video. I definitely need to drink more water each day.

the first rules are quite tough to keep!!! it's a lot of effort to prepare five meals/snacks but they look good, especially dinner and smoothie, yummm!!! one meal for treating, I agree :) I will try what I can, yogurt and sweet potato look good!
