Any reason you do not do hip thrusts with a loaded free bar? It’s kind of a hassle to set up, but it’s how I was taught. How does it compare to the smith machine? Video on your shoes please 💋

I love the idea of just 8- 12 reps for legs.. I’ve always heard 15-20 reps with legs. Can you explain why one or the other is better or why incorporating 8-12 reps in your leg workouts are beneficial? I hope that makes sense lol
