I'm so happy to have found someone who "approves" of raw milk and weight loss at the same time. I love my raw milk and was always feeling like or wondering if it was the reason I am not losing weight. Now I can admit it's the other food I am allowing myself that is the problem. I'm adopting your way of living and believe I will be successful at last! I can "have my milk and eat it too!"

I love apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar on any kind of meat!! It helps especially if the cut is one that isn’t very fatty or in other words dry. I loved this video Lillie! Keep it up woman!! I keep slipping into bad eating habits. Dealing with some mental health issues right now but watching you helps me get back on track!!

OMG pork belly in the air fryer with salt is all I’ll eat sometimes for lunch so delicious. Also for more fat I’ll get beef fat trimmings and fry them suckers up super crispy and salt them. Omg yum people! Lillie please tell us where you got your dessert cups and egg plates 😊

I will have to look into it! You know, I used to love oysters as a kid but I only ever had them out at fancy pants restaurants. Having them out of the can is just not the same as having them fresh.

All of these look amazing. Thx! Gotta try your pizza crust. Hey, Glucose Goddess has researched and adding vinegar before or during a meal will help reduce blood sugar spikes. May be good to add that before you eat your fruit. I can’t handle fruit at all. 😬

Watch that fruit right before bed. Not the best time to spike your blood sugar. Eat it right after your dinner, so the protein slows down the absorption.

A hair rinse with ACV water and a cold final rinse may help your scalp condition, if it is still bothering you. The ACV makes your hair really shiny and soft, better than conditioner, and kind of scratches the itch. I also brush my hair 50 times in the morning and 50 times a night, because that's what women did in the 1940s for scalp care. You see those actresses sitting at their vanities brushing their hair at night in the old movies. It distributes the oil to the ends of the hair and really gives the scalp a great cleansing and stimulation.

Hi Lillie, I have been following you for about 1 year now. I started my Keto/ carnivore journey weighing in at 295. I am now down to 210 and feel pretty darn good. A lot of this is because of your wonderful videos, as well as Dr. Berry. Quick question regarding the protein powder you use and the "bacon pancakes" you cooked up in this video - what flavor do you recommend for an all-around use? I have no experience with the brand you use, and I have always preferred chocolate, but what do you suggest. I love the "pancake" idea - just for something different. Hey Keith! I personally like the vanilla protein flavor most :) They do have an unflavored powder but I like a little flava flava in my life. If you're a chocolate lover, you would likely enjoy the chocolate one more. I've just never really liked the taste of chocolate (I know, I don't like chocolate, coffee or the taste of cheese by itself haha)

Oyster tip try raw oysters with lemon i heard Whole Foods has oysters and on Friday there $ 1.00 and they will shuck them. Only eat raw oysters in the winter.

How long did you cook the lamb for Lillie?

It was 5.2 pounds and we cooked it on high for 2 hours and low for 6 hours. Total cook time 8 hours. Add 6 oz of water (such a small amount of water) but there was a ton of rendered fat and water in the crock pot after we finished cooking it!

I love oysters on a half shell at a good oyster bar but out of a can even sautéed; YUK. However, your meal plan is helpful; others suggest eating two times a day until you are stuffed. I don't like being stuffed and eating two pounds of meat at single meal is not possible for me; one 16 oz steak is about all I can handle. What do you think about just grazing all day? BTW, I track my fat and protein with MyFitnessPal.

Enjoy a tomato! :) I don't really have an answer as to why I don't eat tomatoes. Some people may say they are a nightshade and are higher in lectins but if you're someone who can tolerate tomatoes and your life (and health) are better with them, then I would eat the tomato :)

Lillie, can I ask a question? Do you go up and down in weight (not really meaning on the scale), but in how you feel in your body? I have days of feeling 'podgy' and then the next day I'll feel downright skinny! I'm always trying to figure my carni 'diet' out to stay in that sweet spot! Thanks for your reply!

Hi Tamara! This is an excellent question! I wonder if on the days where you wake up feeling "podgy" you can think back to what you ate the previous day (same thing on the days where you feel downright skinny) and see if there is a common trend with a certain food you eat (or amount of food you eat) to give you that feeling. I can say on the days leading up to my menstrual cycle I feel more 'podgy'. :)

In South Africa we have an electrolyte product called Revive. It mixes with 750ml water!! If I had to add that to my cup of yoghurt it would be WAY too sweet. What's your mixing instructions for LMNT?

We just have the pan on high heat, add bacon grease (or whatever cooking fat you like) to the pan. Sear on all sides of the liver for about 45-60 seconds on each side. I believe I show how we make liver it in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJaudoKMm650prc

Hey Mike! I love the taste of peanut butter but I don't tend to eat it since I've heard peanuts tend to be pretty high in mold. I have no way of testing this for myself so it's just me regurgitating what I have heard on the internet. I don't think having a teaspoon before bed is that big of a deal depending on the person. There are way worse things someone could be eating. Though something you could try if you want, is eliminating the "peanut" and having just straight butter before bed. :)

It's 6 oz of cheese with 2 eggs :) Bake in oven at 350 F for 10 minutes. Take it out and flip it upside down. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then crack your oven up to broil for 2 minutes. That will cook the crust. Then I just add toppings and bake until the toppings are melted (maybe another 5-7 minutes)
