Saw the picture of the video.... and said to my cat... "Ball... shes doing that ball thing again. Oh boy".... Hey that ball only went flying across the room twice this time, I'll take that. Added calf raises while doing triceps at 13:06. Me and this ball thing is a love hate relationship. I'll stay faithful and keep doing it, the challenge is good for me ! Good workout !

I am 76 years old! I adore all your videos but this one is really great and challenging. I was a firmer professional belly dancer in the 1970’s but after two total hip replacements I no longer have a lot if flexibility in my hips! So happy I found you on You Tube. Keep up the good work!❤

Loved this one ☺ It was challenging, but surprisingly not as hard as I thought for me. I actually found the leg lift seemed to help my rhythm on the rock step one. I confess I browse all floor work because of my weird hip. The thread the needle stretch may have sold me on trying it today. I was NOT motivated today. As always I feel much better and look forward to doing it again soon with the new ball. Thanks for the Amazon link.

I just found your channel! I have very limited side movements in my hips! Just did Strength training for seniors & beginners//full body. My legs are limited to spreading wide and toes out. The lunges are hard! Will they get more flexible with time? Limits my side leg lifts too!

Yay! So glad you found me Anna. Just keep your stance not as wide. It may get better as you work on your flexibility, you will still get/feel the benefits :)

Hi Amy, a light weight will work for the first part with most of the standing exercises. Grab a small pillow for the moves where we put the ball between the knees. Hope that helps and you enjoy the workout :)

I enjoy the videos, but I can't raise my right arm past my waist and the exercises on the belly lifting the legs back are painful due to cysts in the lumbar spine. How can I get a good workout and still not do these movements?

Just do what you can Victoria, you can still get a great workout. Try lifting your legs to the side instead of the back whoever we do a back leg lift. However, you shouldn’t feel any pressure in your lumbar spine if you are doing a back leg lift correctly. Don’t lift your leg very high, and make sure your core is engaged with your pelvis tucked under.
