Fun aerobics workout that is easy to follow along and set to the beat of the music! If you enjoy my walking workouts, you will love this one too.
Each song has 4 moves that will be repeated for an additional set. I'm using very light hand weights (2 pounds). The exercises are designed for light dumbbells so please don't go heavier. Water bottles, food cans, or wrist weights are great to use as well.
Make the workout your own with modifications as you need them.
This workout is a great way to burn calories increasing your heart rate and tone your muscles at the same time. I hope you like this combination as much as I do!

Hi Lauren. Thanks for this quick walking with weights workout. I've been exhausted this week, carrying a 2 year old who didn't want to listen to his Mom-Mom! So he was kicking and flailing, while I carried him down the steps. He actually climbed the baby gate! It's a good thing he's adorable! I don't think without your workouts, I could handle 31 pounds of a wriggly little boy Thanks again. Enjoy your weekend. ❤

Very good to see 2 lb weights being used for this workout. I’m 65 and keeping things moderate. Tempo was at times too fast, but I just slowed it down still to the rhythm. Thank you!

Great workout! I am one week away from 65 years old (how did THAT happen?) and I realize how important it is to have a fitness routine. I started a daily workout habit almost 3 years ago and only found SeniorShape a few months ago. Another fab session - thank you - definitely another one to repeat - doable but a bit challenging - perfect . ( I’m a reasonably fit 67 year old in the UK and have been doing on line exercise in addition to outdoor walking regularly since 2020) .Didn’t take your advice at the start and had to pause twice to drop down weights 😏I’ll know next time.Super clear instructions and I love the background music - just enough and not distracting- sound balance great👍 So pleased to have found you😊

I am sooo glad you said you were sweating, I was starting to break one too, I was like say what??? ... I be like this girl smiling so I am going to keep going. Good workout! HA smart to use 2 pounders. I be laying on the floor with a 5 lb weight on my chest If I tried to use a heavier weight.

Thank you for mentioning wrist weights. They were great for movements like the alligator & lacing fingers together. Another great cardio workout! I'm never bored.

Love your routines Lauren. Can we have some more 20 min quick starts please? I like to start my day with yoga then one of your routines. Time is sparse in the morning , so a quick blast to set us for the day would be fantastic ❤

I have been exercising with everyone of your videos, and I find you the most pleasant and patient exercise Coach out there!
