Fun aerobics workout that is easy to follow along and set to the beat of the music! If you enjoy my walking workouts, you will love this one too.
Each song has 4 moves that will be repeated for an additional set. I'm using very light hand weights (2 pounds). The exercises are designed for light dumbbells so please don't go heavier. Water bottles, food cans, or wrist weights are great to use as well.
Make the workout your own with modifications as you need them.
This workout is a great way to burn calories increasing your heart rate and tone your muscles at the same time. I hope you like this combination as much as I do!
