In the United States, depending on local laws, you can legally manufacture as many guns as you darn well please for personal use. It's only when you try selling them that the government gets involved, so... Also, black powder guns and "war loot" (fire arms brought back from war by soldiers) have special rules. As such, legally speaking, he might not actually need licenses for those guns in the US per say.

@johnmullholand2044 2 жыл бұрын
@@samuelzuleger5134 Except for the fact that he was in the UK, not America! And he said he "found" them. So, he obviously didn't acquire them from the local gun shop, after jumping through the hoops required. Did you even bother to watch the video before commenting?
@samuelzuleger5134
@samuelzuleger5134 2 жыл бұрын
@@johnmullholand2044 I did watch the video. What I am saying is that, here in the United States, most cops wouldn't care unless you were buying or selling the guns. Or using them illegally, of course. My point was the contradiction between British and US laws on firearms (especially local ones). I would also bet, based on his age and a few of the weapons depicted, that he "found" them on battlefields in Europe during or after WWII. My grandpa had a few guns that he brought back from the Korean War that would not exactly be legal to buy or sell in the US without special permitting, but he never bothers selling them so no one cares.

@@micheal6898 I am not saying all rural regions have THAT specific dialect, but rather that rural folk generally have their own, kind of slurred dialect of their own language that is hard to understand unless you are from there. I have a strong working knowledge of German and Mandarin Chinese and have watched people from rural parts be just as incomprehensible to "city folk" as this scene portrays, and the same can be said for some parts of the rural United States. They don't have the same dialects, but you do need a translator to go from "proper" language to their "rural" dialect. They also seem to have arsenals and obsessions with hedges.
